Our second birthday celebrations last month brought the opportunity to reflect on what has been an outstanding start to our business.

We’re excited to be the trusted partner of an International Analytics Consulting practice recently launched in SA, placing four senior roles within their newly established team. And the repeat business received from several of SA’s leading financial institutions proves that we deliver on our promises. This year TSR placed both the Head Impairments and Head Credit Models and Analytics for a leading SA bank.

Enabling Transformation

We know that transformation and Employment Equity are key business drivers for listed entities particularly, and we’re exceedingly proud of our track record in placing majority employment equity candidates.  70% of the roles placed in a leading medical and financial services institution were black females and we’ve a 100% hit-rate with a multi-national beverages company, placing employment equity candidates in all of the diverse roles entrusted to us.

In fact, over the past two years 77% of the people TSR has placed are from the Designated Groups.

At TSR we’re also incredibly proud of the work we do to empower future leaders. We remain a trusted partner of GIBS who ask us to regularly engage with their MBA and MDP students, sharing insights into their career prospects and how to maximise their opportunities within the new world of work.

TSR is proud to be associated with the St Peter’s Prep Isematholeni Intern Programme, equipping new teachers with the work-ready skills necessary to secure meaningful employment beyond their internship.
