Quinton Rowell


Quinton’s understanding of industrial psychology and what ‘makes people tick’ has translated into great success in his career thus far. Starting out in Business-to-business sales, Quinton achieved great success including being recognised as the highest biller for two years running, including signing up the highest value client within the trading firm. Quinton later moved into the financial services where he was awarded the Silver Coin based on the volume of cases he had signed. Fast-forward to 2019 Quinton shifted into Recruitment and believes that he has found a great space to combine his enjoyment of a fast-paced sales environment and engaging people, helping them to make career transitions.

A member of the Golden Key Society, a prestigious honour given to the top 15% globally for Psychology students, Quinton holds several qualifications.  He completed both his BA Degree and his BSSc Honours Degree in Psychology at the University of Pretoria. He too was later awarded his IPPM Degree (Industrial Psychology and People Management Degree) where he focused predominantly on Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology at the University of Johannesburg.

Having developed great insights into the Supply Chain recruitment industry, Quinton has managed to secure people in positions that range from entry level right the way through to executive level. Qualifying as a Milestone Achiever, Quinton is now looking to transition into the financial industry where he will recruit top talent for his original passion. His knowledge of industrial psychology is advantageous to both clients and candidates as it provides him the opportunity to enable mutually beneficial matches.
